e-mail.
When you don't have access to Our Web site or calling Customer
Service is not convenient, simply send an e-mail to
track@carrier1global.com
In the subject line, type the Bill of Lading or Container number you
want to track (it is not necessary to type text in the message
body).
BL format: 0099999999 or 99999999
You can track our containers by separating them with commas.
You can add up to four copyholders in the 'cc:' line when sending
your e-mail to
track@carrier1global.com. They will receive the same e-mail
tracking results.
In minutes, you'll receive an e-mail message from us with the
